By engaging services through this website, you agree that all work is performed on a project or retainer basis as outlined in a separate engagement agreement. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined per engagement.

All work product created during an engagement becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Confidential information shared during engagements is kept strictly confidential.
